Continuing Your Practice
A path of lifelong learning within Ogasawara-ryu Senchado.
Regular study follows a structured progression, and students may advance step by step through recognized stages.
As your skills deepen, you may become eligible to receive certificates of achievement (Menjo / 免状) awarded by the Ogasawara-ryu Senchado School.

Student Discount Options
For full-time students interested in Japanese tea culture.
The same curriculum and guidance as regular classes are offered at a reduced rate.
Regular Lesson: $57 per person
Private Lesson: $78 / 60 min
Private Group Lesson: From $78 per person (2–5 students)
Foundations of Japanese Culture Course: $310 (3 months total)
Please complete the Student Discount Request Form when booking.
A valid student ID may be requested for confirmation.
No copies or personal data will be stored.
Annual confirmation is required.

Payment & Booking Policy
Payment is not required at the time of booking.
Following our review of your request, an invoice will be sent by email.
Your reservation will be formally confirmed once payment has been received.
Class Etiquette & Safety
For the comfort and safety of all participants, please observe the following:
Children under high school age are not permitted to attend or observe.
Remove your shoes and wear white socks in the tearoom.
Remove hand and wrist accessories (rings, bracelets, watches).
Wipe off lipstick before entering.
Do not touch utensils unless guided by the instructor.
Photography is not permitted without approval.

Registration Fee
Registration Fee — $32 (one-time)
This one-time fee is required when you begin your regular lessons.
It covers administrative processing, student registration, and class management.
No registration fee is required for trial lessons or cultural introduction sessions.
